What we can and cannot help with
- We can help you read a rule, explain what a specification means, or point you at the right guide for what you are trying to cook.
- We cannot process an order, track a shipment, or handle a return. Barbecue 360 is a guide site, not a shop: anything bought through our links is bought from Amazon, and Amazon handles the order, the payment and the return.
If you have a problem with an order, the fastest route is the Your Orders page in your own Amazon account — we have no visibility of it and cannot act on your behalf.
Reporting a mistake
Corrections are welcome and we treat them seriously. Include a link to the page and quote the sentence you are questioning — that lets us check it against the original source instead of guessing which claim you mean.
